A Story of Customer Satisfaction

What I learned about business from the loss of a family pet!

Earlier this week my daughter was hysterical over the loss of her beloved pet hamster, Rosie.  We had her for a long time, about a year, since our other family pet is a cat I would consider that to be quite an accomplishment!

I was glad to see her leave this earth on a positive note.  I was the last one to give her a treat.  The night before her journey into hamster heaven I gave her a grape and it was much appreciated.  She happily gnawed on it until it was in a warm safe place — her belly.

You are probably asking what does this have to do with business?

Here it is.  Customer Satisfaction is King ! Do not put off for tomorrow what you can do today.  Leave the people you work for satisfied and happy.

Rosie will be missed, but her life has reinforced an important customer satisfaction lesson!
